All membership and account processes can be handled through my website, but they are processed automatically through the payment company. Your information is fully encrypted when transmitted and never stored online, but rather stored on physical servers run by a highly secure pay-gate. This keeps all of your information private and secure from everyone; even me. IPAD users: Although the lessons on the site work fine with IPADS, some IPAD users have reported the system hanging during the payment stage of applying. It is strongly recommended that you register with a regular desktop or laptop computer. After registering, you can use the site normally with the IPAD if you choose.
Monthly memberships may be cancelled, but are NOT pro-rated for unused time. For more information on the memberships, visit the FAQ page here.
Please note: If you decide to cancel your membership, cancellations are immediate. Once you cancel you will not have access to the course. So it is best to wait for the end of your current billing cycle to cancel. Once again, if you cancel before your membership expires or before your billing cycle ends, the unused time cannot be pro-rated or refunded.
The monthly membership is a recurring charge that automatically re-bills every 30 days. You will have access to the course until you cancel your membership. An example of how the monthly billing works is this; if you signed up on the 12th of March, you will automatically be re-billed on the 12th of April. Please note that due to time zone differences, the re-billing may occur one day earlier or later for your time zone. If you want to cancel your monthly membership, it is probably a good idea to cancel the membership 1 day before the 30 day mark. So, in our example above it is suggested to cancel on the 11th of April.
